CALLUM JONES

I’m a registered dietitian with personal experience living with epilepsy, which gives me a deep understanding of the challenges it brings. Before training as a dietitian, I played rugby at a semi-professional level, which taught me the importance of nutrition for performance, recovery, and overall health.


As Dietetic Advisor for HOPE Epilepsy UK, I provide practical, evidence-based guidance to help people with epilepsy and their families make realistic, meaningful dietary choices. I focus on translating complex nutritional information into strategies that support wellbeing, overall health, and quality of life, empowering individuals to take control of their health.
